These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text messaging program operated by FB StormX (“FB StormX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By voluntarily opting in to receive SMS messages from FB StormX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  1. Description of the SMS Program

    • Agree to notify FB StormX if you discontinue use of or transfer the number

    Your consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from FB StormX.

    Providing a telephone number for a service inquiry does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated promotional text messages. Promotional messages will be sent only when the appropriate consent has been obtained.

  6. How to Opt Out

    7. Text STOP to opt out.

    You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving SMS messages from FB StormX at any time by replying STOP to any message.

    After texting STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide new consent to receive them.

    Opting out of SMS communications does not prevent FB StormX from communicating with you through other methods when permitted by law and reasonably necessary to respond to your request, administer an existing transaction or service relationship, or comply with a legal obligation.

    No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that provide support services, such as customer service, solely as necessary to perform those services.

    Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

  9. Mobile Carrier Disclaimer

    Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Message delivery may be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside the control of FB StormX.

    Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

    FB StormX is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by mobile carriers, telecommunications networks, incorrect telephone information, unsupported devices, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  10. Supported Devices and Carriers

    The availability of the SMS program may vary depending on your device, mobile carrier, geographic location, and wireless service. Not all devices or carriers may support every message or feature.

  11. Maintaining Accurate Information

    12. You agree to provide a valid mobile telephone number and to notify FB StormX if:

    • You change your telephone number
    • You transfer the number to another person
    • You are no longer the subscriber or authorized user of the number
    • You believe your number has been enrolled without your permission

    You may notify us by replying STOP or by contacting us through the information provided in the “How to Obtain Help” section.

  12. Prohibited Use

    • For unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes
    • To interfere with the operation or security of the messaging service
    • To impersonate another person
    • To submit a telephone number that you are not authorized to use
    • In any manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another person

  14. Termination or Suspension
